Chinese New Year dinner is not organised by the school like in the previous school because they organise the Christmas dinner. So some of us teachers decided we would take our Teaching Partners to a Chinese New Year Dinner.
We went through to the 9 Square Mall and decided to walk around and see which restaurant we would like to eat at. Decide when we are there.
Carina like the décor of one of the restaurants, so we decided to go there as we thought it would also make good photo opportunities.
We did not realise we went to a Sichuan restaurant.
The food was so, so, so hot that my taste buds went crazy. My tongue was foaming and everything, even my sprite, tasted salty. Once you sip on some type of soup, that cools the heat in your mouth, can you start tasting different tastes again.
We then went and had some ice-cream before everyone went home. It was a lovely evening with lovely ladies and we had some good laughs.
