Sorry it has been so long since my last post.
There was only a two and a half weeks of school between our 2 week Christmas holidays and the beginning of our 3 week Chinese New Year holidays. So some of the ladies decided they would like Paul to hold a cooking class. So we held this class at Carina's home. All the ingredients were worked out and everyone bought some of the ingredients.
Everyone was so engrossed wanting to learn the dishes being cooked.
Watching the demonstration Crushing biscuits for cheese cake
We made cheese cake and apple crumble, fresh pasta and used it for lasagna and tagliatelle, falafel's, lasagna, beef curry, roti and sambals.
Sambals and roti Falafels
Lasagna Beef Curry
Cheese Cake and Apple Crumble Tahini Sauce
Tagliatelle
It was so much fun, with lots of laughter.
We also had a wonderful lunch together once all the food was cooked.
We are planning another cooking get together soon.
Keep reading and I will keep posting.
