What an amazing evening. Julian and Hana invited us to a hotpot evening.
The restaurant they took us to is so service orientated.
When you enter they give you an apron to put on and place your jacket and bags over your chairs and cover it all with a cover that looks like a chair cover. This is to protect your clothing and bags.
With your food they supply you with tea or juice. As you drink, as soon as your glass becomes half full they are there filling it up for you.
Their service is impeccable.
This hotpot has 4 divisions. One is a beef stock, one a tomato stock, one a mushroom stock and then one is spicy.
The building and surrounding areas as all lit up.
